As the first recipient of this fantastic grant and a proud Carmencita Family member, I encourage every analogue photographer to apply for the joint funding of Carmencita Film Lab and Kodak Alaris. This grant and the community behind it boosted my photography and I could work on my long-form photo essay titled ‘You can Flood Me, I’ll be Here’.

What is even more precious to me is that thanks to this grant I found new friends and a community to belong! 🖤
