Appreciation to the supporters!
Dear Contributors!
THANK YOU ! — I appreciate very much that you believed in my work and supported the birth of this photo book!
I am extremely grateful to announce that the crowdfunding campaign for my first photobook, Flood Me, I'll be Here, has been a great success. Together, we reached 128% of the initial funding goal, which was way above my expectations. It was a very long 40 days, but your constant positive feedback and encouraging words always kept me going towards the end. I gained so much experience during this campaign that will boost my upcoming projects and keep me motivated for the next challenges in photography.
I am also happy to share with you that the book was officially and successfully launched at Les Rencontres d'Arles, France, and I held it in my hand for the first time after so many years of hard work. What a timing!
I’m trying to process this special week in my life, but perhaps I need more time to fully realize that it really happened. We organized an event with my publisher, Carmencita Film Lab, at the riverside of the Rhone, as I had dreamt about it before. It was an incredibly emotional moment. I also received so much positive feedback on the book; each day was truly moving, especially because of all the wonderful people I encountered—both my lovely friends and new colleagues who share the same passion!
My dream came true as we also performed a small ritual together at the river, taking a moment to pause amidst the daily rush—in fact, during the full moon! These are special moments I will never forget!!!
A huge thank you to everyone who made this possible and was there with us!
